Ajanta Caves

In the valley near Ajanta Village lies the famous and a world Heritage site as by UNESCO standard, Ajanta caves depict the Buddhist religion and the paintings on its wall that span 900 year caves caved from a rock on a shoe horse valley.Amazing place to visit where tourists from across the globe come to visit and you never miss a chance of meeting tourists from Japan.
It is closed on Monday and open the rest of the week and open also on public holidays, Foreigner pay 250 rupees that's 5 dollars as per 1$ to 50 rupees ..
Located 110km Fro Auranagabad city,32 hour by bus and 1 hour thirty minutes by taxi, the bus cost you 103 rupees and taxi depend with your barging power and choice of vehicle but approx 1800 rupees.
There is a tourist bus that travel to Ajanta which is 400 rupees,it is situated near Railway station.
